Part 1: The project is the Upper Wawa Pumping Station Water Access Tunnel owned by WawaJVCo, a joint venture company of Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. an Enrique Razon corporation and the San Lorenzo Builders and Developers Group, the grantee of the water rights of the project.
